Corporate Governance, Company Law and ROC/MCA Compliance

ROC/MCA filings and records, board and shareholder documentation, governance frameworks, share capital and group structuring, related-party transactions and corporate finance advisory.

Overview

Companies in India must keep statutory registers and minutes, hold board and shareholder meetings, and file returns and financial statements with the Registrar of Companies through the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) portal. Changes in share capital, directors or structure bring further filings.

The firm assists companies with this compliance, with the governance and board-level documentation behind it, and with capital structuring, restructuring and management reporting.

  • Shares are to be allotted or transferred, or capital restructured
