The practice
The firm provides taxation, audit, compliance, regulatory, financial advisory, project consultancy and business support services to startups, MSMEs, companies, NGOs, professionals and international clients. It was established to provide practical, business-oriented professional services, and its work spans financial advisory, taxation, regulatory compliance and business support.
Its services are organised in four practice groups: taxation, audit and financial reporting, corporate and regulatory and finance and advisory.
How the firm approaches its work
Work on each matter begins with an understanding of the client’s business and requirements. Advice is framed around the applicable law and the client’s commercial position, with the aim of solutions that comply with the law, are practical to implement and take account of the client’s longer-term objectives.
Before work begins, the scope of each engagement, the deliverables and the information required are agreed with the client.
Professional obligations
Chartered Accountants in India are members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and are subject to the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949, the regulations made under it and the Code of Ethics issued by ICAI. These include obligations of confidentiality and, for audit and assurance work, independence. Some services cannot be provided to a client whose statutory audit the firm conducts, and engagements are accepted accordingly.
